Shipping and Delivery Policy

• We deliver products Australia wide using Worldwide Distribution Services in Sydney.

Shipping costs 

• Shipping costs are based on state, then on metropolitan and regional areas, and are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
• Boxes are calculated via a cubic weight formula, with each box holding a 7kg cubic weight volume.
• The shipping rate per region per box is as follows:
  • Sydney – $12.60
  • NSW Regional/ACT – $12.60
  • Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth – $12.60
  • QLD, VIC, SA, WA Regional – $12.60
  • NT, TAS – $12.60
• After 10 boxes, shipping will be done via a pallet at the following rates:
  • Sydney – $149.50
  • NSW Regional/ACT – $253.00
  • Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide – $253.00
  • QLD, VIC, SA Regional- $379.50
  • Perth – $770
  • WA Regional – $890
  • NT, TAS – $379.50

Delivery timeframe

• Orders for stock items are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
• Orders for custom made or personalised items, the delivery time frame depends on what you order. Custom made or personalised items such as clothing or balls can take up to 5 – 8 weeks to be dispatched if imported by air, or up to 14 weeks by sea.
• We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Experience Sport! shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
• Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
